Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Constant Temperature Room (Version 2.1) B13: Signs at each access door

What does B13 require?

Every access door must carry two adhesive signs, (a) the OGTR-supplied PC2 sign and (b) the biohazard symbol set out in AS/NZS 2243.3, fixed on or beside that door so anyone entering can plainly see the space is a certified PC2 facility. The guideline notes that the outside of a dedicated emergency only exit needs no signs, and that signs may be applied to removable mountings, for instance plastic frames or backing boards; the note adds that any such mounting must be fixed firmly to the wall or door and must never be shifted elsewhere.
