Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Animal Facility (Version 3.2) B27: Backflow assessment where none was done before

What does B27 require?

This condition applies only where dealings there use GM micro-organisms. Where the facility does not meet the AS/NZS 2243.3 backflow provisions for its water supply and no assessment has ever been done, one must be carried out to decide whether backflow prevention is needed, taking into account the GMOs currently handled there.
