What does B25 require?

This condition applies only where dealings there use GM micro-organisms. Decontaminants that work against the GM micro-organisms handled in the facility must be kept on hand there. Every container of decontaminant, hand decontaminant solutions included, must show what it holds and its expiry date where it has one, and nothing may be used once expired.
