For supports delivered to a group, the limit per participant is the item's limit divided by the number of people unless the arrangements say otherwise, and more than one worker is claimed only for workers directly supporting that participant. A program of support (SIL, community participation including supports in employment, and capacity building) may be agreed for up to six months (with regular review beyond 12 weeks), with exit on no more than two weeks' notice without cost, claims for all enrolled participants as long as the provider had capacity to deliver, no pre-claiming, and claims stopping after four consecutive weeks of unexplained non-attendance.
