An establishment fee for personal care or participation supports may be claimed once per participant across all plans by a provider that helps implement the plan and has agreed to supply at least 20 hours a month for three or more consecutive months of personal care supports (registration groups 0107 or 0104) or participation supports (0125, 0136, 0104 for community access or groups, 0133).
