Australia National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 s26: s 26 Give ASQA the information and documents it requests in writing

An NVR registered training organisation gives ASQA the information it requests by written notice, and produces the documents it requests, within the period and in the manner the notice specifies, so long as the organisation is capable of complying. ASQA may inspect, copy and retain produced documents, supplying a certified copy (ss 26A and 26B).
