An NVR registered training organisation complies with every statutory condition in ss 22 to 28 and with any further condition ASQA imposes, varies or keeps on its registration under s 29, whether imposed at registration or later (ASQA notifies imposed, varied or removed conditions with reasons and the period within 30 days, s 30). Breach of a condition of a prescribed kind is a civil penalty contravention (s 111) and a ground for sanctions under s 36.
