An NVR registered training organisation complies with the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations made under s 185: from 1 July 2025 the Outcome Standards (F2025L00354), the Compliance Standards and Fit and Proper Person Requirements (F2025L00355) and the Credential Policy they incorporate, built in the graph as Australia Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2025. It also complies with any Quality Standards the Minister makes under s 231A; none had been registered as at 30 September 2026.
