An NVR registered training organisation notifies ASQA in writing, as soon as practicable after becoming aware, of any event that has occurred or is likely to occur that would significantly affect its ability to comply with the VET Quality Framework, any change in the name or contact details of an executive officer or high managerial agent, and any other substantial change, actual or likely, to its operations (for example ownership, control, delivery sites, third-party arrangements, insolvency or closure).
