An NVR registered training organisation that is a VET provider under the Higher Education Support Act 2003 complies with that Act, and one that is an approved course provider under the VET Student Loans Act 2016 complies with that Act and the instruments within its definition; breach is a breach of a condition of registration as well as of those Acts.
