Each child's learning and development must be assessed or evaluated within an ongoing cycle of observation, analysis, documentation, planning, implementation and reflection. The Guide links Regulation 74 (documenting of child assessments or evaluations for delivery of the educational program) and notes the cycle is also an obligation of the educational leader's support role.
