Australia National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 s73ZNA: s 73ZNA Comply with any banning order

A person against whom a banning order is made must not engage in conduct that breaches it or its conditions. Breach is a fault-based offence (5 years' imprisonment or 300 penalty units), a strict liability offence (150 penalty units) and a civil penalty (10,000 penalty units for a serious contravention by an NDIS provider, otherwise 1,000). Banning orders in force are published on the NDIS Provider Register.
