Australia National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 s73ZC: ss 73ZC, 73ZD Never victimise or threaten a discloser

No one may cause detriment to a person intending to, because they or someone else made a protected disclosure, or threaten detriment because of an actual or possible disclosure. Civil penalty: 10,000 penalty units for a serious contravention by an NDIS provider, otherwise 500. A person who suffers damage may recover compensation from the contravener (s 73ZD).
