An aged care clearance decision in force under an aged care worker screening law is taken, for the Act, to be an NDIS clearance decision for working with people with disability, and an aged care exclusion decision is taken to be an NDIS exclusion decision. Providers that engage workers across aged care and NDIS services must apply both effects in their worker screening records.
