The Commissioner may give an NDIS provider a written compliance notice describing actual or possible non-compliance, the action to take or stop, the period to do it, and (where set) the period to provide evidence. A provider that fails to comply contravenes s 73ZM(3). Civil penalty: 10,000 penalty units for a serious contravention by an NDIS provider, otherwise 60; for a registered provider failure may also lead to suspension or revocation.
