An NDIS provider must keep and retain records of the kinds the rules prescribe relating to a claim for payment of an NDIS amount, or to the provision of the NDIS support claimed, for 7 years from the day the claim is made (or a shorter period the rules prescribe). Civil penalty: 120 penalty units, unless prescribed circumstances apply.
