Australia National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 s55A-57: ss 55A, 57 Comply with a Commissioner notice to give information or produce documents

Where the Commissioner reasonably believes a person (other than a prospective participant or a person receiving supports) holds information or documents relevant to registration, conditions of registration, the Code of Conduct, banning orders or the Commissioner's functions, the Commissioner may require them by written notice. Refusing or failing to comply without reasonable excuse is an offence (30 penalty units) and a civil penalty (60 penalty units). Self-incrimination is a reasonable excuse for an individual.
