Australia National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 s73Z-1: s 73Z(1), (2) Notify and manage reportable incidents as the rules prescribe

A registered provider must notify the Commission of reportable incidents that occur or are alleged to have occurred in connection with its supports or services (or in other prescribed circumstances) in the manner and within the periods the rules set, and take the actions the rules require. Non-compliance breaches paragraph 73F(2)(h) and is a civil penalty contravention under s 73J.
