The NDIS Practice Standards made under s 73T set the standards to become and remain a registered provider, how compliance is assessed, and the screening of workers and key personnel. Non-compliance breaches the condition in paragraph 73F(2)(c). Behaviour support plans and the use of regulated restrictive practices are governed by the Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support Rules (a separate framework); the Commissioner's behaviour support function monitors registered providers' compliance with the registration conditions on behaviour support plans (s 181H).
