Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s88-95: ss 88 to 95 Keep financial records of the credit business and retain them for 7 years

A licensee must keep financial records that correctly record and explain the transactions and financial position of its credit business, kept in the manner, language and location the Division requires, and retain each record for 7 years after the transactions it covers are completed, even if the business stops.
