Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s47-1b: s 47(1)(b) Have adequate arrangements so that conflicts of interest do not disadvantage clients

A licensee must have adequate arrangements to ensure that clients are not disadvantaged by any conflict of interest arising wholly or partly in relation to credit activities of the licensee or its representatives. Adequacy takes account of the nature, scale and complexity of the business (s 47(2)).
