Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s64-71: ss 64 to 71 Authorise credit representatives properly, revoke ineffective authorisations and notify ASIC within 15 business days

A licensee may authorise a person in writing as a credit representative for specified credit activities. It must not give an authorisation that is of no effect (for example to a banned person or to someone already representing another licensee without consent), must revoke or vary one that stops having effect as soon as practicable, and must lodge notice of each authorisation with ASIC within 15 business days. The licensee is responsible for its representatives' conduct (Part 2-3 Division 4).
