Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s53A: s 53A Notify ASIC within 30 business days when an entity starts or stops controlling the licensee

If an entity starts to control, or stops controlling, a licensee, the licensee must lodge a notification with ASIC in the approved form within 30 business days.
