Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s52-53: ss 52 and 53 Cite the credit licence number and lodge the annual compliance certificate within 45 days

Whenever a licensee identifies itself in a document of a prescribed kind, it must include and identify its Australian credit licence number. Each year, within 45 days after its licensing anniversary, it must lodge a compliance certificate in the approved form, signed by the person the Act specifies, and each eligible signatory must ensure it is lodged.
