Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s50C: s 50C Report reportable situations about other licensees' mortgage brokers

A licensee must report to ASIC within 30 days where there are reasonable grounds to believe a reportable situation has arisen about an individual mortgage broker acting for another licensee (the other licensee itself, its employee, director or representative), unless ASIC is reasonably believed to know already, and give a copy of the report to the other licensee within the same 30 days.
