Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s49-50: ss 49 and 50 Lodge statements, obtain audit reports and give information when ASIC directs

When ASIC gives written notice, a licensee must lodge a statement with the specified information about its credit activities or its fitness and propriety, obtain an audit report on the statement from the person ASIC specifies, and give ASIC information it requires, by the date in the notice.
