Australia National Construction Code 2025 Volume Three (Plumbing Code of Australia) TAS: Tasmania: pressure, cold water tanks, rainwater storage, trade waste, heating and roof and surface drainage

Tasmania replaces B1P6 and B2P10 (pressure; existing low-pressure gravity-only services exempt) and adds TAS B1D7 for cold water storage tanks supplying drinking water, replaces the B7 rainwater storage requirements and B7D2 and B7D3, adds TAS C3P5 on-site wastewater general requirements, and adds whole Parts: TAS Part C4 on-site liquid trade waste systems (C4P1 to C4P3 and D clauses: minimise environmental risk, safe transfer, appropriate capacity, size, strength, vehicle access, materials, cleaning and identification), TAS Part E2 heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (avoid property damage and loss of amenity, efficient use of energy and water, access, no explosion or rupture of pressure equipment, microbial control), TAS Part E3 roof drainage (capacity for 5 per cent annual exceedance probability rain, box gutters for 1 per cent, overflow for 1 per cent, watertight, transfer to the stormwater system) and TAS Part E4 surface and subsurface drainage. Its A5G4(7) to (10) set evidence of suitability for roof plumbing, heating and ventilation, trade waste and on-site wastewater products (WaterMark Licence, a certification body certificate or the Director of Building Control's authorisation, and Certificate of Accreditation for wastewater systems to the AS 1546 series).
