Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r94-98: rr 94, 96 to 98 and 111 Licence holder duties: keep the licence document available, notify changes, return and replace documents

A high risk work licence holder keeps the licence document available for inspection (unless it has been returned or a replacement is pending), notifies the regulator of a change of residential address within 14 days, returns the document for amendment when the regulator asks in writing within the time specified, notifies the regulator as soon as practicable if it is lost, stolen or destroyed (and may apply for a replacement with a declaration and fee), and returns it as a suspension or cancellation notice requires.
