Part 4.5: High risk work licences and accredited assessors – Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations

Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r85: r 85 See written evidence of licences, training or certification before allowing high risk work, and keep it

The PCBU does not direct or allow a worker to carry out licensed high risk work without seeing written evidence of the relevant licence, to do it as a trainee without evidence of enrolment in the training course, to do it under the 60-day VET certification exception without evidence of the certification and, where relevant, of the licence application, or to supervise it without evidence of the supervisor's licence; the PCBU keeps a record of that evidence for at least 1 year after the work (or the last supervision).
