An accredited assessor keeps the accreditation document available for inspection and shows it to any person they are assessing, gives the regulator written notice within 14 days of any change to a material particular of information given, returns the document for amendment on written request, notifies loss, theft or destruction as soon as practicable, and returns it when a suspension or cancellation notice requires.
