A person who is not an accredited assessor does not conduct a high risk work competency assessment, issue a notice of satisfactory assessment or hold themselves out as accredited; an accredited assessor assesses only classes for which accredited, only for or on behalf of an RTO, and assesses and issues notices in accordance with the conditions of accreditation.
