Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r569-570: rr 569 and 570 Licensed facilities: review the assessment, plan and SMS on triggers and at least every 5 years; revise the safety case

The operator of a licensed facility reviews and as necessary revises the safety assessment (meeting the r 555 requirements), the emergency plan (consulting emergency services) and the SMS when a modification is proposed, a control does not minimise risk, a new major hazard risk is identified, consultation indicates, an HSR reasonably requests, the regulator requires, and at least every 5 years, and revises the safety case after any such review.
