Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r567: r 567 Licensed facilities: keep, test and implement the emergency plan and notify incidents

The operator of a licensed facility keeps the emergency plan, as revised, at the facility, tests it as recommended by the consulted emergency service organisations, implements it immediately if a major incident occurs or an event could reasonably be expected to lead to one, and notifies the regulator and those emergency services of the agreed incidents or events as soon as practicable.
