Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r566: r 566 Licensed facilities: eliminate or minimise major incident risk and mitigate consequences

The operator of a licensed major hazard facility implements controls that eliminate the risk of a major incident so far as reasonably practicable, or minimise it, and controls designed to minimise the magnitude and severity of on-site and off-site consequences if one occurs.
