Where asbestos is identified or likely to be present, the person with management or control ensures a written asbestos management plan is prepared and kept up to date, covering identification (with reference to the register, signage and labelling), decisions and reasons about managing asbestos (safe work procedures and controls), procedures for incidents and emergencies, and workers carrying out asbestos work (consultation, responsibilities, information and training); makes it readily accessible to workers, HSRs and relevant PCBUs; and reviews and revises it when the register or a control is reviewed, asbestos is removed, disturbed, sealed or enclosed, the plan is no longer adequate, an HSR reasonably requests, and at least every 5 years.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
