Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r427-428: rr 427 and 428 Give access to the asbestos register and transfer it on handover

The person with management or control ensures the register is readily accessible to workers who have worked, work or will work at the workplace, their HSRs, and PCBUs that do or require work there; gives a copy to any PCBU whose work involves a risk of exposure to airborne asbestos; and, so far as reasonably practicable, gives the register to the person assuming management or control when it relinquishes control.
