What does s13 require?

Section 13 should help users choose safe and environmentally preferred waste management for the chemical and its container, as manufactured, covering disposal containers and methods, physical and chemical properties that affect disposal options, effects of disposal to sewer, and any special care needed for incineration or landfill, with a pointer to Section 8 for protecting people doing the disposal.
