The principal contractor must review and as necessary revise the WHS management plan to keep it up to date (r 311), for example after significant changes to site conditions, site rules or responsible people, and when it is revised must ensure, so far as reasonably practicable, that everyone carrying out construction work on the project is made aware of the revision.
