No person manipulates the cervical spine (moving its joints beyond the usual physiological range by a high velocity, low amplitude thrust) unless registered in chiropractic, osteopathy, medicine or physiotherapy, a student of those professions in an approved program or clinical training, or a person prescribed by regulation. Offence: up to $60,000 or three years' imprisonment.
