Sunday work attracts 200% of the ordinary hourly rate for permanent staff and 250% for casuals; public holiday work attracts 250% for permanent staff and 312.5% for casuals. The casual figures already build in the 25% casual loading. Clause 20.3 separately guarantees at least 4 hours' pay for overtime on a Sunday or public holiday, and shiftworkers' Sunday and holiday shifts are paid under clause 13.15 instead.
