A principal must not discriminate on the ground of disability in engaging commission agents or in their terms, opportunities, termination or other detriment (s 16), or against contract workers supplied under a contract with their employer in the terms on which they may work, by not letting them work or continue, by limiting benefits, or by other detriment (s 17). Partners in (or people forming) a partnership of three or more must not discriminate in inviting partners or in the terms offered, nor against a partner in benefits, expulsion or other detriment (s 18).
