Australia Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) s1023P: s 1023P Comply with ASIC product intervention orders

A person does not engage in conduct contrary to a product intervention order in force in relation to them (for example a ban or restriction on a product or its distribution), and takes the reasonable steps to notify retail clients that the order requires (offence and civil penalty provisions), unless the order is not a legislative instrument and they were not and could not reasonably have been aware of it.
