AS 4674-2004 Design, Construction and Fit-out of Food Premises 2.6.2: 2.6.2 Light fittings

Light fittings in open food handling or storage areas are built so that a shattered globe or tube cannot contaminate food and have no features that trap dirt, dust or insects or make them hard to clean. Lamps (for light or heat) built into open food processing or display equipment meet the same requirements.
