After the team has finished an investigation by applying remedies and resolving the safety concerns, it will usually: make sure the incident and every action the team took are properly recorded; where the person of concern stays on, instruct relevant managers and supervisors to enforce behavior standards, closely monitor the person's conduct and report any new concern to the team immediately, staying alert to new information calling for more action on the case or the workplace generally; and carefully review the incident, both the triggering event and the organization's and team's response, to find what should change in working conditions, policy, procedure or training so similar incidents are less likely or improve how they are handled.
