Every registered provider must allow and facilitate an independent aged care advocate's access to records and information, including personal information, about an individual to whom it delivers services and whom the advocate is assisting, where the individual has the right to access them and consents to the advocate having them, doing so consistently with section 168 and any prescribed requirements.
