ACCME Accreditation Requirements and Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education P-STATEMENT: Accreditation statement on all activity materials and brochures, in the prescribed direct or joint providership wording; permitted use of the ACCME marks

Every activity brochure and set of materials must carry the ACCME accreditation statement, with an exception only for a first save-the-date notice that gives no more than date, place and title. For a directly provided activity the statement names the provider as ACCME-accredited to provide CME for physicians; for a jointly provided activity it says the activity was planned and implemented under ACCME requirements and policies through the joint providership of the named accredited and non-accredited organisations. There is no co-providership statement: one accredited provider takes responsibility. The ACCME Accredited mark, and the Accredited with Commendation mark where earned, may be used for educational and identification purposes with only proportional resizing.
