ACCME Accreditation Requirements and Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education P-RECORDS: Attendance records verifiable for six years and activity files retained for the accreditation term or twelve months, whichever is longer

The provider needs a mechanism that records attendance, and can confirm it when the physician authorises, for six years after the activity, by whatever registration method it prefers. Planning and presentation files for each activity are kept for the whole current accreditation term, or for twelve months if that is longer.
