Joint providership means an accredited organisation and a non-accredited one presenting an activity together. The accredited one carries responsibility for the activity, use the joint providership accreditation statement on all printed materials, and be able to demonstrate compliance to the ACCME through written documentation from its own or the non-accredited provider's files. No fee policy is imposed. A provider on Probation may not jointly provide new activities (only those contracted before the decision), must tell the ACCME about every joint relationship it has and notify its contracted joint providers; two consecutive Probation terms bar joint providership until status is regained, and breach leads to Nonaccreditation.
