A business must provide health monitoring for a worker whose ongoing work involves a Schedule 14 hazardous chemical (or any chemical with a significant exposure risk), through a registered medical practitioner experienced in health monitoring, pay the costs, give the practitioner the required information, obtain the report, give it to the worker, notify the regulator of adverse results and keep the record for 30 years. Workers must be given information, training and instruction on the nature of the hazards, the controls and the use of the SDS and register.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
