Western Australia Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022 316-327: General construction induction training: card before work, and workers to carry evidence

What does 316-327 require?

The business may not have a worker do construction work unless the worker has completed general construction induction training and holds the general construction induction card (or a training certificate no older than 60 days), with an exception for training under supervision; cards are issued by the regulator on evidence from an authorised registered training organisation and may be refused or cancelled. A worker must keep the card available for inspection while carrying out construction work.
